Meet Our Team

Behind every dish, there’s a tale:

• Chef Mandi: A culinary artist with a heart steeped in tradition. She began cooking under the direction of her Aunt Guindina Martizano at a very young age, learning traditional techniques and recipes from the southern parts of the Philippines, she is known to make quick improvisations on the fly and can create delicious dishes from the farmer’s market and available ingredients of the season.
