Mabuhay has become more special to our family than we ever could have dreamed. From celebrating your beautiful milestones to watching you embrace our traditional flavors, your support has filled our hearts.

Now, it is time for an exciting new chapter. At the end of July, we will be closing this current chapter of the restaurant.

This is hard to say out loud because we love our guests so much, but it is for a wonderful dream. In January, Mandi will be attending the elite Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York to officially earn the title of "Chef" and master world-class culinary techniques!
